Here’s our recommendation for Day 15:
‘Alien’
In space no one can hear you scream.
We all know the story of Alien. Some kind of organism gets on the ship, brought in as a parasite inside one of the crew members. We know the story of the chest-buster, the face huggers, the double-mandible of the up-close attack.
Every member of the cast turns in an awesome performance – Sigourney Weaver as Ripley, Tom Skeerit as Dallas, Ian Holm as Ash.
Showing that even back in the 70s corporations were evil, ‘Alien’ will always be a classic in both sci-fi and horror. The sequels are up for debate (in another post someday), but for now, take our word for it – watch ‘Alien’. You won’t be disappointed.
