Here’s our recommendation for Day 3:
‘Fright Night’
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: we like our bad guys to enjoy being bad. And not many bad guys fill that role than Jerry Dandridge (Chris Sarandon) in ‘Fright Night‘.
Jerry is what vampires should be: arrogant, mean, and totally uncaring. He knows he’s stronger than you; he knows he’s smarter than you. Do what you want – if he wants you gone, he’ll play with you until he gets tired, then he’ll kill you. In our book, that’s how vampires are written.
There was a recent remake which wasn’t bad, but our money will always be on the original version. Check it out and tell us we’re wrong – we dare you.
