Here’s our recommendation for watching on Halloween:
We told you – we’re suckers for classic movie monsters.
Two Americans are backpacking across Europe. They’re warned to stay off the moors, but – as usual – they don’t heed that warning. One dies, and one…well, let’s say he gets it even worse.
John Landis (Animal House, The Blues Brothers, etc) knocked this one out of the park. With the perfect mix of horror and comedy, “Werewolf” is a classic that simply can’t be overlooked, if for no other reason than the best werewolf transformation scene put on film. Ever. Seriously – this movie is over 30 years old, and we still haven’t had a transformation scene as well done as this one.
So set the bowl of candy outside, turn off the porch light, kick back and watch ‘American Werewolf in London’. You won’t regret it.
